Contact and newsletter forms

We only collect the data you enter yourself:

• +Contact: email, first name, last name, phone (optional), company, subject and message, to answer your request.
• +Newsletter and white paper: email, to send you the content you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

This data is sent to HubSpot, our customer relationship tool, which processes it on our behalf on its European infrastructure. It is never sold or transferred. It is kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure site traffic anonymously (pages viewed, referrer, device type). No advertising, no targeting, no sharing for advertising purposes.

These tools only load after you consent. Until you accept, no request is sent to Google and no measurement cookie is set. If you accept, Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are kept for 13 months at most.

How long your choice is kept

Your choice (accept or refuse) is stored in your browser for 6 months. The banner is then shown again.

Withdrawing your consent

You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. Refusing stops audience measurement immediately and deletes Google Analytics cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:

• +access, rectification and erasure;
• +restriction of and objection to processing;
• +data portability;
• +withdrawal of your consent at any time;
• +instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to contact@graphicient.io. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
